What it looks like in everyday work
Inspections are the most effective prevention: whoever walks the site regularly finds defects before they become accidents. In practice they fail in the follow-up – retyping notes, matching photos, sending reports, chasing actions.
With the AMS Go app you capture every item on the spot: tick the checklist, take a photo, describe the defect, set owner and deadline. The report is finished when the inspection ends, and every finding is already an action in the action plan.

Plan the inspection
Choose area, checklist and participants. Templates exist for general inspections, fire safety, hazardous substance storage, construction sites and more – or build your own.

Capture on site
Item by item in the app: OK, defect, not applicable. For each defect a photo, description and priority – offline too, synchronisation happens later.

Findings become actions
Every finding becomes an action in the action plan with owner and deadline. The person is notified, you see the status.

Share the report and follow up
The report with photos goes to participants as a PDF. At the next inspection you see which findings are still open and whether the measures worked.

Frequently asked questions
Does the app work without network coverage in the hall?
Yes. Inspections can be recorded offline, including photos. As soon as the device is online again, the data is synchronised.
Can I create my own checklists?
Yes. Create checklists with your own items, areas and answer options, or adapt our templates. Checklists can be stored per site or area.
Who can carry out inspections?
Anyone with the appropriate role – managers, safety officers, safety specialists, also external consultants with a guest account. You define the permissions.
What does the report look like?
A PDF with date, participants, all items, photos and the list of findings with owners and deadlines – in the AMS Go layout, with your logo on request.
