Occupational Safety Specialist (SiFa)
Help shape digital occupational safety – for small and mid-sized companies, AI-powered and practical. We are looking for an experienced safety specialist who brings together product, customers and expertise.
AMS Go builds the platform for digital occupational safety in small and mid-sized companies – from risk assessments and inspection reports to operating instructions and hazardous substances management. As a growing start-up from Karlsruhe, we combine occupational safety expertise with modern software and AI.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an occupational safety specialist (Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit, SiFa) who helps shape our solution from a subject-matter perspective, advises customers and bridges the gap between practice and product development.
Your responsibilities
- Helping shape the content of our AMS Go modules (risk assessments, inspections, operating instructions, hazardous substances and more)
- Advising and supporting customers as they introduce and use the platform
- Creating and reviewing expert content, templates and best practices
- Supporting inspections, risk assessments and occupational safety processes at customer sites
- Working closely with product development and sales – your feedback goes straight into the product
- Contributing to trainings, webinars and expert content for our community
Your profile
- Completed training as an occupational safety specialist (SiFa) with a valid appointment
- Several years of professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in manufacturing companies or as an external safety specialist
- Confident handling of risk assessments, inspections and in-house occupational safety processes
- Enjoyment of digital tools and openness to AI-supported ways of working
- Strong communication skills and a desire to actively support and empower customers
- Independent, structured way of working and team spirit in a dynamic start-up environment
