AI that takes over the legwork – not the responsibility
The AI in AMS Go does what otherwise takes hours: it suggests hazards and protective measures, extracts safety data sheets and drafts operating instructions. Every suggestion is a draft with a source reference – reviewed and approved by a qualified person.
- Suggestions with sources
- Approval stays with people
- GDPR-compliant processing
- Your data is never used for training
Three jobs the AI takes off your hands
Identify hazards: for every activity the AI suggests typical hazards across all eleven hazard factors with measures – you accept what applies. Extract safety data sheets: classification, hazard statements, storage class and protective measures are recognised, with the location in the document. Draft operating instructions: the data becomes a draft in the standard structure.
In all three cases: the AI delivers the draft, you decide. That saves time collecting and retyping without shifting professional responsibility.
AI-powered occupational safety solutions
Use artificial intelligence to carry out risk assessments and inspections more efficiently and precisely. Our AI features significantly simplify your occupational safety processes.
From safety data sheet to operating instructions – in 2 minutes
What used to mean 1–2 hours of typing, looking things up and writing is done by AMS Go via drag & drop and AI. All you do is review and approve.

Key features:
- Prompt-based generation of hazard factors
- Situation descriptions and protective measures
- Selective transfer into the risk assessment
Example:
“Prompt: "hazards in the parking lot" → AI generates relevant hazard factors → you choose which ones to add to the risk assessment”
Key features:
- Automatic reading of safety data sheets
- Direct transfer into the system
- Source reference for every piece of information
- Verification of the information directly in the document
Example:
“Upload a safety data sheet → AI extracts all relevant information → you confirm the transfer → the system shows the sources”
Key features:
- Automatic generation of hazards and protective measures
- Smart selection of suitable warning, prohibition and mandatory signs
- Creation of rules of conduct and first aid measures
- Category-specific adaptation (hazardous substances, fire safety, etc.)
Example:
“Enter a description → choose a category → AI creates complete operating instructions → you review and confirm”
Transform your occupational safety with AI
Save valuable time when carrying out risk assessments and inspections. Our AI helps you identify risks and automatically suggests suitable protective measures.
How it works
- 1
Start a task
Create an activity, upload a safety data sheet or generate an operating instruction – the AI is offered where it helps.
- 2
Review the draft
Suggestions appear with source references: the section in the data sheet, the hazard factors, the rule. You see what the AI relies on.
- 3
Adapt and approve
Accept, change, add – then a qualified person approves. Only then is the content used.
- 4
Stay current
When a data sheet or activity changes, the AI proposes the update; the history shows what changed.
How the AI works
- Data protection
- GDPR-compliant processing under a data processing agreement, your content is never used to train models
- Traceability
- Every suggestion with a source: location in the document, hazard factor, regulation
- Approval
- No AI content takes effect without review and approval by a person
- Inputs
- Safety data sheets as PDF or photo, activity descriptions, existing documents
- Languages
- German and English, further languages for operating instructions on request
Frequently asked questions
Is our data used to train the AI?
No. Your documents and inputs are processed solely for your request and are not used to train models. Processing is governed by the data processing agreement.
How reliable are the suggestions?
Very accurate for current safety data sheets and typical activities. The key is the source reference: you verify in seconds what a suggestion is based on. The professional judgement stays with you.
Does the AI replace the safety specialist?
No. The statutory support remains. The AI takes legwork off the specialist – collecting, retyping, wording – and frees up time for advice and inspections.
Can I switch the AI features off?
Yes. AI suggestions can be disabled per account or module. All AMS Go features also work without AI.
