Sign in, exchange, store – with your systems

Single sign-on: employees sign in with the account they already have – Microsoft Entra ID, Keycloak, Okta, Auth0 or Google Workspace. Creating and blocking users happens centrally in your directory. API: master data, actions and records can be exchanged with other systems such as HR, maintenance or a management system.

Storage and hosting: documents can live in your storage – Amazon S3, Azure, Google Cloud, MinIO, Hetzner, IONOS or OVH. For companies with special requirements we run the database or the entire application on-premise.

Frequently asked questions

Which identity providers are supported for single sign-on?

Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Keycloak, Okta, Auth0 and Google Workspace. Other providers with common standards are connected on request.

Is there API documentation?

Yes, customers get access to the REST API documentation with examples. API access is included from the Pro plan.

Can we run AMS Go entirely in our own data centre?

Yes. Besides hosting at IONOS in Germany we offer an on-premise database or running the entire application at your site. This is part of the Individual plan.

How does data migration from Excel and Word work?

During onboarding we migrate existing risk assessments, hazardous substance registers, operating instructions and user lists. You provide the files, we build the structure in AMS Go and align it with you.
